Mutoscope
the classic 'round tin' model
Rare Early Original Cast Iron Octagonal 'Penny Grinder' Mutoscope
fully working on old penny, with girly reel. Would benefit from the layers of paint being stripped off and repainting to show off the finely detailed castings. Corner of bottom casting missing, but is a common area of damage usually effectively repaired by copying another corner in resin, which after painting does not show. Very few of this early 'penny grinder' model (so called because of the way the coin is taken into the machine to operate) are known to exist, and those that do hardly ever come on the open market. Don't miss this opportunity!
Rare Whitings Sculptoscope Stereo Viewer
working on US 1c play
3D Picture Viewer Machine
appears to be mechanically complete, with some picture slides, for restoration
Size approx: 15.5 inches (39.4 cm) Wide  by 74.5 inches (189.2 cm) High  by 22.5 inches (57.2 cm) Deep
